Ionian islands
- The best way to get to know the island are the exploratory hikings in the extraordinary trails of the mountain areas, most of which are marked and shaped. The trails at Anemodouri-Arethoussa Krini, Anogi-Nirito summit-Monastery of Kathara are especially interesting.
- Taste traditional local dishes and the exceptional local wine in the traditional coastal taverns.
- Visit the picturesque Stavros, Frikes and Kioni villages.
- Visit the monastery of Kathara, a place of pilgrimage and point of reference for all the people of Ithaca. It is built on the southeast summit of the Homeric mountain Nirito, with a breathtaking view.
- Visit by boat all the beaches of the island. Most of them and maybe the prettier can be accessed only by boat.
- Wander in Vathi where the whole village has the old rhythm of Eptanisa and is designated as a traditional village.
