Aghia Sophia Cave (Kalamos): It is located near the village Spilies, in the east of the country. You will find in a wooded area. It is a relatively small but very impressive cave. Inside the cave you will see the church of Aghia Sophia.

Aghia Sophia Cave (Mylopotamos): It is located near Mylopotamos on the west coast of the island, at Kokala bay. At the entrance of the cave was built the church of Aghia Sophia. According to local tradition, the church was founded on the place that the body of Saint was found. Inside the church you will see remarkable icons of the 18th century. The interior of the cave is decorated with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. It consists of several chambers and the total length reaches 100 m.

Andronicus Watermill: At Potamos, is preserved a whole Modern Greek watermill, Andronicus Watermill, which, according to testimony, was built in the early 19th century and usually worked only in winter. Today, the cistern is saved (capacity 60-70 cubic meters) and the water tower, built by bored limestone, associated with a specific provision cutting off the supply of water from the cistern.
Apart from this watermill, at Antikythira there are five windmills of the 19th century.

Apolytara Lighthouse: In Apolytara Cape, on the southern tip of Antikythira, is the Lighthouse of Apolytara, built in 1926, outstanding monument of modern architecture. The only access is by boat from the sea or walking the paths starting from Katsaneviana or Galaniana. The lighthouse was supervised until 1987, and in 2004, the Community of the island proposed and the Navy decided to complete building maintenance and hire again guarding force, giving new impetus to this important monument.

Makrykythira: It is an island opposite Diakofti, which was bought by the Greek Association of Writers in the vocation to become a meeting place of nationwide and global culture.

Monitoring station of the Greek Ornithological Society: It is a station to monitor the migration of birds from Africa to Europe and vice versa.

Paliokastro: Here, it is said that the summer palace of Menelaus, king of Sparta, was placed and where Paris from Troy was hiding with Helen after her kidnapping.
