Nydri
Nydri is the most popular and most frequented tourist resort of the island of Lefkada, in the eastern part of the island, opposite to Skorpios, the island of Aristotle Onassis, Madouri with the mansion of the poet Valaoritis, and Meganissi, to which small boats are heading. It was much brought out in the days of Onassis, the bust of which is found in the port. Nydri is daily connected to the islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia.
In the region, you can visit the waterfalls of Dimossaris, Ronies, with a special natural beauty, the tomb monuments of Steno, as well as the islands of Meganissi, Skorpios and Madouri, accessible only by boat.

An organized beach at the most cosmopolitan resort of the island overlooking the legendary Scorpios island. It has an organized water sports and diving centre which will help you familiarize with the sea. In Nidri you’ll find many excursions to the near islands and beaches. Nidri is 17 km from Lefkas town.

Sandy beach at the east side of the island, in the village with the same name. Geni is at the vegetated St Irene peninsula which is named by the Greek Ministry of Civilization as an area of “outstanding natural beauty” and is 2 km from Nidri.

Sandy beach in Desimi bay, one of the most picturesque in Lefkas, at the east side, 20 km from Lefkas town and 6 km from cosmopolitan Nidri. It is too close to Scorpios island of Onassis and just 800 m from the nearby Meganisi.
