Lefkas is south of Corfu, near the west Greece shores (of Aetoloakarnania and Preveza) and near Kefalonia and Ithaca islands. It’s the only island where you may go by car. There is a ferry connection with the near islands. It is 380 km from Athens and 420 km from Thessaloniki. The island has its own airport, but it’s serviced by the near Actium airport, 18 km from Lefkas town.
