Aghii Apostoli: The church of Aghii Apostoli is located at Gaios. It has beautiful frescoes and a library of a big historic interest. This church was considered to have been built on top of the tomb of Aghios Gaios (Saint Gaios), who died here during a journey. Aghios Gaios was one of the eighty wisemen who had undertaken the translation of the Bible.

Aghios Haralambos: Aghios Haralambos is the patron saint of Paxos island. It is a beautiful church, with a great bell tower, at Gaios, the island’s capital. It has been building since 1875 and has been completed in 1912. Aghios Emilianos: Aghios Emilianos is the patron saint of Antipaxos island. The church has been restored in 1864.

Aghios Spyridon: The church, built in 1686, is located in Kaltsonissi, a very small islet near Paxos island. Analipsi: The church is built in the middle of the central square of Gaios. Here, you will see the unique solar clock on the church.

Early Christian churches of Aghia Marina and Aghios Stefanos: The ruins of the early Christian basilica of Aghios Stefanos are situated at Porto Ozias, at the end of the coastal road, before you take the turn to Moggonissi. Near Aghios Stefanos church, you will find, in a better condition, the early Christian basilica of Aghia Marina. Both churches have a great historic value and they have been built in the 6th century. Ozias is the oldest settlement of the island and today, it has 250 inhabitants.

Ipapanti (Hypapante): The church, with the two typical domes, was built in 1600, in a beautiful place. According to the local tradition, a shepherd found there the icon of Panaghia (Virgin Mary) Ypapantis and, so, it has been decided to build the church here. The church has a bell tower and it is orned with heraldic marks and stone doves. Its templon was made in 1909, by the Corfiot sculptor Kallos.

Monastery of Panaghia Vellianiton: Historic and pretty monastery, on the islet of Panaghia (Virgin Mary) (also called Nissaki). It is one of the two islets you will meet at the entrance of Gaios port. It is a basilica, built on an early Christian church. The sanctuary is part of the old church.

Panaghia Vlaherna: It is located at Fontana settlement.

Zoodohos Pighi: The church is located at Loggos and has interesting frescoes. Its existence is referred since 1739.
